1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") of HpH Aeroservis s.r.o., with its registered office at Čáslavská 234, 284 01 Kutná Hora, ID No.: 22376551, registered in the Commercial Register (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a contract for work or other contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") concluded between the Provider and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
